Helping Teachers Shift to Inquiry-Based Learning

While working for the Dayton Regional STEM School Training Center, I collaborated with some of my colleagues to develop a two day residency for a group of teachers in a nearby district that wanted to move their math and science classes to an inquiry-based model, but didn't know where to start.
